HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
- If you are an international customer, you will need to select your preferred currency at the bottom on the website menu bar (right hand side) before you continue to shop.
- Click the SHOP link in the navigation bar at the top of the page to access the drop down menu. Use the category links here to link to the particular type of product you are looking for. You can also shop all styles by clicking the SHOP / NEW ARRIVALS button in the category menu.
- Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the product thumbnail image in the search results to move through to the PRODUCT PAGE. Here you can select your size and colour and click on the ADD TO CART button located at the right of the product image to add this product to your SHOPPPING CART.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the CART link at the top right of the page at any time you are on the website. You can click the grey X to REMOVE an item from your cart.
- Click on CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT to complete your order by making your payment.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop at ETHERIA without creating an account. Simply follow the "how to shop" steps above. However, if you do choose to register an account with us, you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES ETHERIA SHIP TO?
ETHERIA eBoutique ships worldwide, including Australian metro and regional areas. Etheria trusts Australia Post as their preferred shipping supplier.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
ETHERIA distributes via Australia Post click and send delivery for a flat rate of $5.00 for standard domestic orders and $10.00 express domestic orders. Orders are dispatched between 24-48 hours of being received. To calculate the delivery time to your area please click here to view our "Shipping and Tracking" menu link. To track your parcel or to find out more information about this courier service please visit the Australia Post website.
International deliveries are dispatched via Australia Post and may take up to 12 business days to arrive (depending on your location). Full tracking is available on all international orders.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
All your purchases with ETHERIA are not insured unless you pay for item insurance at checkout. If you choose to insure your item, the cost of the insurance will be automatically calculated to your final order and you can pay for this cost with your item at checkout. Insurance with Australia Post and express delivery is $13.00 (domestic orders only). This insurance will cover your package against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from ETHERIA to your shipping address. You will need to be available at time of delivery at your preferred delivery address to sign for your order on arrival from Australia Post, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If your delivery address is unattended at time of delivery, a consignment note will be left at your location with instructions by our selected courier service for you to sign and pick up your ETHERIA package form a selected dispatch and delivery location. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for insured packages to be delivered without a signature.
DOES ETHERIA SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We understand you want your order as soon as possible, so our ETHERIA team aims to process and pack your order as quickly as possible once your order has been placed. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if it hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse. To change your shipping address, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to amend your order if possible. Please note delivery changes will only be made if your order has not been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays in receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Unfortunately Etheria does not currently offer Gift Cards. We are working towards this so please stay tuned.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES ETHERIA ACCEPT?
Payment can be made via Stripe secure pay (Shopify) Paypal or Afterpay. Etheria accepts all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Visa Debit or through PayPal. Payment is only debited from your card at time of purchase.
THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. CAN I BUY IT ANYWHERE ELSE?
ETHERIA hold a stock level that will keep up with demand however some popular items may sell out fast. If something you like is out of stock please contact our customer care team firstname.lastname@example.org to see if they can assist you in locating or re-ordering a product.
WHAT IS ETHERIA'S RETURN POLICY?
ETHERIA is happy to issue a refund or exchange on all full priced items purchased within fourteen days of delivery. Garments must be unworn, unwashed with proof of purchase, and in original condition.
ETHERIA does not offer returns/exchanges on underwear.
Bodysuits may be exchanged/refunded provided the hygiene seal is still in place and the garment adheres to the refund policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy in full for further information. Returns/exchanges are at the expense of the customer to be sent back in original condition.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT OR REFUND?
Your exchange will either be issued in the form of a swapped item, credit note to the value of initial purchase, or refund to the value of initial purchase. If a refund is needed to be conducted due to a major fault, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for the initial transaction. Please note that it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You can contact our Customer Care Team to find out more information or receive an update on your refund process email@example.com. We will notify you on the progress of your exchange/refund once we receive your return and throughout the course of the process by email and/or by telephone.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our Customer Service team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please email our customer care team to arrange a returns form. WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE THE ORIGINAL ETHERIA PACKAGING?
If you are missing your ETHERIA shipping satchel and branded box, please use a similar sized cardboard box or plastic shipping satchel to send the garment back to us with the Returns Form. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition.
